Alicia Endresen COTA/L
Alicia graduated with her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in 2018. Soon after graduation, Alicia became a Board-Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, as well as, licensed in the state of Washington. Throughout her time as a COTA/L she has worked with children with a variety of needs, especially those with autism spectrum disorder, in outpatient and home health settings. She enjoys providing neurodivergent affirming care and providing care based on child’s interests. Alicia believes that a child’s occupation is primary play and provides play-based interventions in order to not only meet goals, but also provide children opportunities for success. Alicia values the therapeutic process to help children maximize their independence in activities of daily living and occupations that are meaningful to them. It is an honor for Alicia to work alongside families to support children.
Alicia is a PNW native. In her free time, Alicia enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games, and exploring different beaches. She has recently discovered her liking to pottery and enjoys designing and decorating spaces.
